Our work will focus on authentic connection and science backed methods such as EMDR, IFS, and Hypnosis to help you rapidly process emotions with body mindfulness. Business Description
Are you stuck in patterns that leave you doubting yourself? Are you carrying a weight you can’t quite name? Maybe stress hits in ways you don’t fully understand, or conflict makes you question your feelings. You want to trust yourself and express your needs without second-guessing, but that feels out of reach. I see you. Here to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore these struggles together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you carry all the wisdom needed to grow. We’ll build clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself, at your own pace, with care and intention.
As a black, queer, EN, non-binary person, my lived experience deeply shapes the way I show up in this work. I believe healing and liberation happen through relationships both internal and external. I am EMDR trained, MindBody Therapy certified and I incorporate Somatics, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Hypnosis and mindfulness practices.
Starting therapy is a brave step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I welcome people of all identities, abilities, orientations, relationship styles, and backgrounds, from ages 18 to 88+, located in FL and CO.
