Denver Area Mediation
Supporting Conscious Choices for Peaceful Change I believe that with very few exceptions, common ground exists between adverse parties and that parties in conflict are not always able to see that possibility. Mediation is a form of dispute resolution where parties meet together to work through their differences. Mediation works in part because a neutral party can help clear a path through the rhetoric and history and shed light on the potential for resolution and agreement. By respecting the right to self-determination and the integrity of each party, we empower thoughtful decision-making and resolution. I specialize in helping diverse individuals living amidst a diversity of relationship models including LGBTQIA, poly, swinger, open and kink/BDSM structures. I also provide parenting coordination/decision-making for families in conflict. I am also trained in restorative justice procedures for school bullying and victim-offender work. In addition to mediation I provide consulting services to organizations and businesses in a variety of areas including public policy and internal communications not to mention conflict resolution and conflict coaching.
