I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner with a long-standing history of treating patients across all spectrums of the kink community. I've learned the most from my patients who are LGBT, open/poly, and/or are in BDSM relationships so I would say those are the areas I have the most comfort working within. I particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults as they work to discover their sexual identities and teach them there are professionals who will care for them and treat them in ways that make sense for their particular needs rather than the heterosexual monogamous norms generally seen in healthcare.
