I welcome all communities and have experience working with a wide range of presenting issues. However, some of my areas of expertise include open/poly lifestyles, affair recovery, revitalizing sexual relationships, orgasm difficulties, and “porn/sex addiction”. I am also passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ and kink communities.
My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate and direct. I take a holistic approach which helps me see people in their totality and an integrative approach to healing the mind. In my work, the entire human being and their life experiences are taken in to consideration for assessment and treatment purposes. My work takes them into the multiple dimensions of human experience; the physical, the spiritual and the psychological. I often encourage my clients to do fun, engaging "homework" in between sessions as well. This way change happens sooner and my clients develop a sense of independence and empowerment.
I work to create a safe, comfortable environment for all of my clients. I’ll put you at ease and you’ll find that working with me is a comforting experience.
