As a disability, integration and self-care coach with a compassionate, trauma-informed holistic approach, I provide you with a landing place to heal by embracing the innate worthiness inside us all. I advocate for the celebration of our visible and invisible disabilities, including trauma and neurodiversity. My specialties include living joyfully in a disabled bodymind, mindfulness practices, embodying the present moment, intrinsic health, nervous system education & hacks, and dismantling ableism.
This work is for you if you are living with chronic pain or illness (physical, mental, emotional, and/ or spiritual); approaching or undergoing a transformation; feeling lost and/ or disconnected; experiencing difficulty coping with life; and/ or seeking to connect with your innate goodness.
In my client-centered practice, you set the pace, create intentions/ goals and name the focus of our sessions together. I am here to support you and your wellbeing unconditionally, with the understanding that we are all the best experts on ourselves. I strive to take a decolonial intersectional approach, creating safer, more accessible spaces, with a focus on harm reduction, normalizing and integrating experiences.
I offer low-income sliding scale coaching sessions of 30, 45, and 60 minutes, as well as workshops, webinars, and groups.
