I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#115452). I take a whole-person approach to my work and I work with individuals and couples of diverse backgrounds and concerns. I am experienced in working with people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, including mixed-orientation couples and poly relationships. I have significant experience working with individuals, couples, and poly relationships in the kink community. I also have experience working with sex workers, dancers, strippers, and escorts. In addition to my educational training, I am a huge proponent of life experience as one of the best teachers. I have explored my own sexuality through a variety of involvements in communities such as the sex-positive community in Seattle, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and now Los Angeles. Over the course of my career, I have focused primarily on working with individuals of marginalized communities and supporting their growth in acceptance and stronger sense of self. I am highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of techniques and theories when it comes to coaching. Because of my background in more traditional psychotherapy, I bring a unique perspective to the table to incorporate your personal history into a healthy, forward-facing narrative of growth and success. Above all, I am sex-positive, gender-affirming, queer-affirming, and highly kink-competent. As a licensed therapist in Los Angeles, I work with a wide variety of clients by providing online and in person therapy sessions. My specialities include relationship issues, life changes and challenges that arise with depression, anxiety and ADHD. I am a poly, kink, and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist and am sensitive to cultural issues.
