New York licensed (NY LMHC #009742) and Florida licensed Telehealth provider (#589) clinical mental health counselor and educator with a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from St John Fisher College and an ongoing Masters of Science in Forensic Psychology from Northcentral University. My personal philosophy in the therapy space is that the client is the expert in themselves, I’m a supporting player offering insight and unconditional positive regard throughout the relationship. I offer a sex-positive perspective in a non-judgmental environment with emphasis on de-stigmatizing and education. People deserve fulfillment and validation in all aspects of their lives, including their sexuality, and they deserve to explore this area in a safe environment where they are able to explore their authentic self without guilt, shame, or self-doubt. My work within the community involves education on the continuum and spectrum of human sexuality expression, exploration of kink and alternative lifestyles, the separation of kink from pathologized mental health diagnoses, introduction to different lifestyles, acceptance of self and unique sexual expressions, processing of interpersonal relationships and experiences such as identity formation, coming out, and internalized anxieties for individuals of LGBTQIA, kink, queer, BDSM, fetish, sex work, non-monogamous, and erotic communities. My work focuses on trauma processing, mindfulness, reduction of anxiety and trauma symptoms through the use psychoeducation and traditional psychotherapy techniques.
