It is my belief that we are all writing our own stories as we live them, and my goal is to provide guidance and support in helping people create a future where they feel better capable of enjoying life’s pleasures and facing its challenges. Together, we can make space to grapple with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

​As a sex educator with specialized training in LGBTQIA+ therapy from the Psychotherapy Center for Gender and Sexuality, I have a wealth of knowledge to apply to non-judgmental exploration of sexual issues. I earned my Masters at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, and I have a BFA in Theater from the Tisch School at NYU.
