The Center for Love and Sex in NYC was founded by AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor Sari Cooper who has over 25 years of clinical expertise working with single and partnered adults who are challenged by sexuality disorders, relationship conflicts, erotic shame, traumatic histories, and cultural stigma. Her team of sex therapists and coaches have many years of experience in working with folx who come from a wide spectrum of sexual identities and lifestyles including LGBTQ+, Kink, Poly, ENM, swinging and group sex. Center for Love and Sex currently offers both in person (on the UWS) and tele-health sessions. Sari holds herself and her team to the highest of ethical and compassionate standards in centering clients' concerns and goals in their collaborative therapeutic work.
Center for Love and Sex sees many partners who come from different religious, cultural, ethnic and political backgrounds who are striving to recover from shame, trauma, stigma and inadequate and at times erroneous sexuality education.
Through Sex Esteem, LLC we also offer coaching services to international clients who are eager to learn techniques and frameworks to expand their sex lives and go beyond the cultural stereotypes that keep them disconnected from their authentic erotic selves.
