I'm Amanda Jablon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with adults and couples across California. My practice is fully telehealth, so I work with clients throughout the state.
I specialize in anxiety, OCD, relationship patterns, identity, and life transitions. I also have training and experience working with ADHD and am comfortable working with neurodivergent clients more broadly. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who have done a lot of personal work and want to go deeper. They tend to be ready for real change, not just a place to vent.
I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, people in ethically non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and those in kink and BDSM communities. You won't need to explain your relationship structure, justify your identity, or manage my discomfort. The work can start where you actually are.
My approach draws from Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment theory, somatic practice, and cognitive behavioral models. I tailor what I use to the person in front of me.
