Eros Arcana Therapy, LLC provides affirming sex and relationship therapy for individuals, couples, and those in diverse relationship structures. The practice specializes in sexual concerns, intimacy and relationship challenges, desire, identity exploration, non-normative fantasies, kink, fetish, BDSM, and consensual non-monogamy.

Our approach is systemic, trauma-informed, sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-aware, and sex-worker friendly. We recognize that sexuality is shaped by emotional, relational, physical, cultural, and social influences and tailor treatment to each client’s experiences, needs, and goals. In-person services are available in Columbia, South Carolina, with telehealth offered throughout South Carolina and North Carolina.
