I specialize in working with military, veteran and first responder clients, as well as a range of high achieving professional midcareer adults. I provide sex positive, kink knowledgeable sex therapy, couples counseling and individual counseling. I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR provider.  I also facilitate the Flash Technique. Both EMDR and Flash are evidence based for reducing the distress of touchstone memories, and also for performance enhancement. My primary therapeutic perspective is that of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I also provide transpersonal and mindfulness based approaches to integrate spiritually transformative events or insights from altered states into daily life, to support clients in creating the lives they envision. I also am a CSAC, certified to provide evidence based counseling for addiction treatment. My sessions are typically one hour, but may run longer as agreed with clients and based on scheduling availability.
