I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are managing high expectations—whether external or internal—that leave them feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I offer a space to explore painful emotions, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with your values to build a life that feels grounded and meaningful. I also have experience working with individuals who are LGBTIA+, first-generation, BIPOC, or navigating complex cultural or family dynamics.
