I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor specializing in working with individuals, couples, and polyamorous or relationship-diverse systems who engage in BDSM, kink, and other nontraditional ways of loving and connecting. My practice is queer-affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply grounded in consent culture and decolonial, strengths-based approaches.
I believe that our identities, desires, and relationship choices deserve to be met with curiosity, respect, and zero judgment. Many of my clients come to me wanting a space where they don’t have to educate their therapist about kink, power exchange dynamics, or ethical non-monogamy — they just get to be themselves and do meaningful work on whatever brings them to therapy.
I support clients through a wide range of topics, including navigating new dynamics or partners, healing attachment wounds, integrating kink into everyday life, managing stigma, and processing trauma. I also have advanced experience in dissociation work and EMDR therapy, which can be helpful for clients healing from complex or developmental trauma.
In addition to direct client work, I’m passionate about teaching and supervising the next generation of affirming therapists. I provide supervision, consultation, and training for other clinicians who want to offer competent, affirming care for kink, BDSM, and ENM communities.
My practice is a warm, collaborative space where your boundaries are honored and your truths are never pathologized. Whether you’re a seasoned community member or newly curious about kink, I’m here to support you in living more freely, authentically, and connected — on your terms.
