Business Description
In my practice, I approach therapy through the lenses of harm reduction, trauma-informed and affirmative care. I utilize a variety of modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Liberation Health, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I strive to collaboratively create a space that is safe, affirming, supportive, and non-pathologizing.
I am a white, nonbinary, lesbian and recent MSW graduate with experience in crisis counseling, gender affirming care, and working with folks struggling with housing instability, substance use, and complex trauma.
Outside of my practice, I can be found rock climbing with my wife, attending local punk rock shows, or spending time at home with our two cats.
