As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I hold lived experience and offer affirming care for individuals & partners. I specialize in trauma (namely childhood, familial, survivorship), AuDHD, identity, body image, & relationships. My approach is culturally conscious, anti-racist, sex-positive, LGBTQIA2S+ and poly/kink knowledgeable, & rooted in HAES and intersectionality.

Therapy can be a space to show yourself compassion and feel more aligned in your life and in your relationship(s).
