My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but is also deeply personalized. I take time to truly understand your story, values, and goals. Discover how to create healthy sleep habits and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Explore the mind-body connection and cultivate a greater sense of balance and peace. Make lasting changes in areas like nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.
I specialize in health psychology, a fascinating field that explores the intricate relationship between our psychological, emotional, and physical well-being. I am certified in treatments for insomnia, chronic pain, and cognitive screenings with additional experience working with weight management, tinnitus, mood, grief, PTSD and adjustment. Additionally, I do either virtual sessions or in-person walk-and-talk sessions at one of the local nature or forest preserves in the NW Chicago Suburbs.
