I started out my counseling career as a crisis professional. I did crisis work for about one and a half years. I then worked with children and teenagers as a counselor/mentor.
I currently see mostly adults. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who uses a person-centered cognitive behavioral therapy approach to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I believe people grow best when they’re met with genuine empathy and practical tools they can use in their daily lives. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where every person can explore their identity, challenges, and goals without judgment. My work is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and the belief that everyone has the capacity for meaningful change.
