Sexual Health and Healing LLC

At Sexual Health and Healing, our clinicians provide therapy through a trauma-informed lens. We support people with issues related to sexual dysfunction (e.g., erectile dysfunction, problems with arousal, desire, orgasm, or pain), compulsive sexual behavior, sexual anxiety, and many other relationship challenges. We welcome those who are neurodiverse. Our therapeutic approaches include: Sensate Focus Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT, and CBT. For relationship therapy, we utilize a Gottman Method Approach. Our clinicians are active members in sessions who collaborate with clients to meet their goals or to walk alongside them on a journey without a destination.
