Does it feel like the world wasn't built with you in mind? Maybe you've spent so long adapting, masking, or shrinking yourself to fit into spaces that weren't meant for you, and now you're exhausted. Whether you're navigating your identity, processing loss, living with a disability or neurodivergence, or simply trying to exist authentically in a world that asks you to be someone else, together we can create support that fits you. My path to becoming a therapist wasn't a straight line. I've lived enough life to know that everyone's story is complicated, messy, and worth honoring exactly as it is.
I work with queer, neurodivergent, and disabled clients, as well as people navigating grief, body image, and sexuality. In our initial sessions, we'll explore what brought you here and create a plan that fits your life.
My approach blends feminist and humanistic techniques with a non-judgmental space where you won't have to defend your experiences or mask who you are. I believe your lived experience matters most, and you are the expert on your own life.
