My training is in family medicine, which focuses on comprehensive preventive care, behavioral/lifestyle medicine, chronic disease management, mental health care, sick visits, etc. We aim to be as close to a one-stop-shop as possible, in a small, private setting where our patients feel known and welcome and respected. We are a direct primary care model, which means that we don’t bill insurance. It’s a monthly membership. There are no surprise bills, no copays, no rules about how and when you can see your doctor because we’re not trying to get insurance to cover anything. Whether our patients have insurance or not, we do our best to help them navigate the healthcare system in a way that is as cost effective as possible while remaining aligned with their own values, goals, and priorities. We pride ourselves in taking the time to get to know our patients and caring for them in the way we’d want from our own doctors. I have a personal interest in sexual health, mental health, and lifestyle, because I think these are the fundamental factors that should be addressed first in order to access all our other goals in life. And to live our best lives, safely and freely!
