I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist specializing in helping adults and teens manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms. My practice is a proudly inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and kink and poly welcoming and knowledgable. I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to learn, grow, and benefit from therapy. Throughout my career, I've worked across diverse mental health settings and supported individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults navigating recovery, life transitions, and personal growth. I chose this path because therapy changed my own life, and I am passionate about giving back by helping you build a life that feels authentic and manageable.
