Individual, Family and Relationship Therapist

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Whitby, Ontario. I believe that all counseling work engages with relationships, even if the focus is on the relationship we have with ourselves. By focusing on the meaningful connections in our lives, as well as the ways in which we have learned to engage with them, it gives us the power to see ourselves more clearly and the ability to make the changes we hope for. My therapeutic perspective is informed by an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, queer-, poly- and sex-positive framework. I work with clients to highlight their strengths and resistance to oppression and challenging life experiences and I hope to offer support, insight and a safer space in which to process, heal and grow.
