I believe fully in the human heart's capacity for healing - this is why I do what I do. Over the past twelve years I have been honored to witness incredible moments of hope, people finding their way back to themselves after surviving trauma, addiction, despair, self-loathing and shame. By offering a safe, holding environment, I encourage folks to find their way back to themselves, with authenticity, compassion for self, and ultimately, profound healing from within. Using humor and gentle directness to put folks at ease helps open the process of healing - and feeling better! I love what I do and believe deeply in therapy. I always take my own suggestions and will not give them unless I have tried them myself. Serenity and peacefulness are more than a state of being, they are an act of doing.
