I hope that together we can identify your strengths and utilize them to come up with identifiable solutions to move forward. Ideally clients will be able to sort out challenges and then go and live life, practicing their solutions. For me, it is in the present that we continue to evolve. I hope my clients to feel empowered to come and go from therapy when new obstacles appear and not feel stuck in the process endlessly.
