I work collaboratively, intuitively, creatively, and with curiosity. Each session begins with inquiring what is most present for you, and is designed to meet your explicitly stated goals within a noncritical, nonjudgmental, and honest framework. Healing takes more than just insight and surface behavior change, therefore somatic integration (embodied awareness) is the foundation of my work.I'm located in the SF Financial District and offer a sliding scale.
