I am here to provide a safe space and engage us both in the creative and intentional exploration of your world. My personal style is the integration of problem-solving techniques with empathetic psychotherapy and a touch of humor. We also have the option of using art as a tool to further your search for meaning and resolution. I have experience working with individuals and couples with a variety of life circumstances, including: anxiety & depression, trauma & secondary trauma, substance abuse, polyamory/non-monogamy, aging, relationships, LGBT/queer, BDSM/kink, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, gender and trans, and existential questions?. Alternative sexualities are a special interest and I enjoy helping clients explore their relationships in non-monogamous and bdsm settings. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identies and fluctuations.
