As a veteran of the armed forces and a former U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) adjudications officer, I am familiar with the bureaucracy of the federal government and strive to ensure that all of my clients receive the individualized care that they deserve. My focus is immigration, primarily involving family applications, removal defense, asylum and T/U/VAWA petitions.
Currently, I am focusing on representing clients at interviews, ICE check-ins, and consulting to discuss their case and plan of action.
I am able to represent clients anywhere in the United States and its territories.
