My education and life experiences have prepared me to be a dynamic, adaptive, and compassionate therapist. I help clients navigate a variety of life issues and create/maintain balance in their lives. I allow what comes up in the room to guide how we will work together--which might mean we look at and process the past, or stay in the here-and-now, or a combination of both. I offer a non-judgmental perspective, always maintaining an openness and curiosity my clients grow from and appreciate. Among the populations I serve are artists, writers, and those who wish to claim those identifiers; single people; couples and alternative couples; queer and/or gender non-conforming people; heterosexual and LGBTQI people.
