I take a modern, person-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy. In my practice, I strive to co-create a safer, judgment-free environment that is conducive to moving through emotional blocks, overcoming past traumas, and letting go of patterns that no longer serve you.

The resources we need to heal and to connect are already within us—sometimes we just need a little help to identify, access, and use them.

I am sex-positive, kink-knowledgeable, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and welcoming to all non-traditional relationships and lifestyles - I consider it an honor to serve my community in this capacity.
