I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over eight years of experience.  I specialize in working with clients who have experienced rape, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, or other traumatic incidents. I provide therapy through a person centered, attachment focused, and feminist theory orientation. I have experience in working with people in BDSM, polyamory, sex work, or other kinky/alternative lifestyles to freely express themselves while addressing trauma.  I am trained in and utilize evidence-based techniques such EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  I work with clients' individual needs in order to create space to choose various mediums to facilitate, explore, express, and achieve their healing process.
