I am a Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing for over six years. I was trained to specialize in Relational work such as Couples and Family Therapy. I am also specifically trained as a sex therapist.
I work from an inclusive and nonpathologizing perspective as it is so important that all of my clients feel safe to be themselves. This means that I am well suited for you regardless of your sexual practices, sexual orientations and romantic orientations in addition to gender identity. I previously worked at a Transgender Health Clinic supporting people through their transition and managing transphobia. This experience supported my growth as an inclusive practitioner especially to marginalized communities.
As for Kink, I am well versed in the kink and nonmonogamous community. I am familiar with different practices of kink such as BDSM, roleplay, toilet slavery, daddy/mommy play and much more. I understand the importance of community and support clients in finding others they can be themselves around such as munches, fetlife etc. I also host workshops around kink, my last one was on Poly and Kink stigma.
