I incorporate Gestalt, Trauma-Informed Care, Present-Centered Awareness, Talk Therapy, Attachment Theory, Existential Therapy, Art Therapy, Body-Centered Awareness, Breathe Work, and Mindfulness Practice. Informed in non-monogamous/polyamorous relationships, kink/sex positivity, chronic illness, substance use, grief and loss.
