I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all walks of life addressing mental health, addiction, past traumas, relational concerns, sexual concerns, self-esteem and body image, and any concerns that are standing in the way of a person living their best life. I view therapy as a collaborative journey and try to empower those that I work with to find their inner voice as they work to find the answers they seek through our work together.
