We all could use a space to talk, I mean really talk. Talk without interruption, talk without feeling judged, talk without the other person’s agendas getting in the way. Talking things through can be a helpful way to identify what you really want, what you need, what your values are and how your beliefs shape you, your relationships and your world. Then, even more importantly, you need a place that will help you translate all that talk into action and help you be accountable to taking action on what is important to you. Getting real is hard. Being authentic and true to yourself is difficult but necessary for truly satisfying relationships and connections.
