I enjoy working working with youth and adults who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and are exploring issues around gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, and coming out. I also work with individuals who have a history of trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression. I am passionate about supporting clients who are recovering from trauma in attaining a greater sense of regulation and calm in their nervous systems, in order to lead happier, more fulfilled lives.
I offer traditional talk-therapy. I also utilize Somatic Experiencing techniques in my work, a therapeutic modality which supports clients in releasing trauma that is stored in the body's nervous system. The care that I provide is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirmative, anti-ableist, anti-racist, and celebrates neurodiversity. I am kink and poly friendly, and have training in working with these populations. I am able to offer super bills to clients. I do not take insurance.
My fee is $150-$170. I have a limited number of reduced fee slots for BIPOC/LGBTQ+ folks in need.
