Hello! I'm Katelyn, an artist who lives a 24/7 D/s dynamic and someone just so happens to have a passion for wellness. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2020. Since then, I have made it my life's goal to crush the myths and barriers surrounding wellness in the alt lifestyle and chronic illness community.
Those of us with disabilities in the lifestyle can get strong, healthy, and feel sexy!
I aim to create a safe and uplifting judgement-free space for those beginning their wellness journey, or returning after a hiatus. When it comes to nutrition, I take a no nonsense approach. Diet culture tells us we need to give up our comfort foods in order to achieve our fitness goals.
You can have that cake and eat it too!
I work alongside you to find the happy medium while still enjoying the foods (or drinks) you love. We will also also find nutrition hacks to add in more satiating whole food sources to your daily meals and snacks.
My style of exercise programming includes bodyweight, resistance band, and strength training workouts--all of which can be modified for all levels of fitness.
