Alternative Access Counseling

Alternative Access is committed to making therapy and coaching more accessible for consenting adults who engage in alternative sexual and relationship expressions, regardless of disability or location.  We aim to equip our clients with the tools, resources, and awareness  to create their own paths, and to build the courage to take the first steps.

As an LGBT+, non-monogamy positive, kink-positive counselor, I will always work with you as a team to embrace your identities and problem solve barriers to living authentically.  I practice solution focused therapy, DBT, CBT, and Feminist therapy and will decide with you which approach you would be most comfortable using.
