Soft Heart Psychology

Soft Heart Psychology primarily serves BIPOC LGBTQ people who want to look at their childhood wounds and reduce the charge and activation around triggers.  Folks we serve often have a lot of insight into what makes them feel activated and are looking for ways to feel this fully and have it lessen through our work together.  It's rewarding serving people who are in poly relationships, in the kink community, or are otherwise misunderstood by some providers because that welcoming process can be healing for other parts of them that may have felt dismissed or misunderstood in the past too.  Please reach out if you want an understanding space to continue your healing work.
