Affirmative support for men (of all orientations and identities), survivors of childhood trauma and sexual abuse, and sexual wellness — There are many misconceptions and toxic stereotypes around sex, sexuality, masculinity, trauma, and vulnerability that can make it difficult to seek support. Being a gay-identified psychotherapist and sex therapist, I understand this firsthand. I strive to provide a space where conversations about difficult topics can occur without fear of judgement or shame. It takes courage to seek support!

We are all innately wired for connection, growth, and authenticity. Therapy allows us to uncover inner resources, resolving concerns that have been hidden by trauma, neglect, shame, insecurity, or overwhelming aloneness. I specialize in treating survivors of childhood trauma and sexual abuse, men’s mental and sexual health, and shame related to sexuality, sexual desire, or kink.
