I am passionate about talking with and helping people who need an environment where they can feel free to express themselves in a judgement free zone. I use a variety of approaches and techniques depending on the unique situations of my clients to give them the best possible experience in healing themselves.

I have a great deal of experience navigating and working with clients in non monogamous relationship structures, who are kinky, and/or LGBTQ+. I incorporate social justice concepts into practice and our work, as these are inextricably linked with mental health, relationships, and sexuality. I work from a strengths based model in our work, meaning we examine how you have been impacted by the systems that surround you as well as inspecting internal thoughts.
I also incorporate tools I’ve learned as a trained yoga teacher to aid in healing.

I have both in person and virtual appointments available for individuals living in the state of South Carolina.
