My name is Dr. Christine Romano and I am a PhD-Level Licensed Mental Health Counselor and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. My group practice, Next Level Mental Health Counseling PLLC, is actively recruiting new clients to obtain person-centered therapy services virtually from our excellent clinicians who specialize in sex and intimacy therapy, LGBT+ populations, couples counseling and other related mental health counseling focuses. Our diverse team of clinicians are available to accept new clients, have flexible schedules (i.e., mornings, evenings and weekends), are experienced in treating a variety of presenting concerns (i.e., sexual dysfunctions (e.g., desire, arousal, orgasm, painful intercourse, erectile dysfunction), sexuality and gender diversity exploration, relationship and intimacy issues (e.g., communication, conflict resolution, infidelity, premarital preparation), sexual empowerment, alternative relationships and nonnormative relationship practices, CNM/ENM/poly, sugar dating, digital sex work, kink/BDSM), and take most insurances in-network. We primarily serve the adult population (i.e., individuals, couples) and ultimately, help them improve their sexual and mental health concerns and overall socioemotional well-being, to promote optimal functioning in all aspects of their life. Our technique is unique in that it targets cognitive, behavioral, emotional, social and multicultural issues and helps the person develop insight and awareness into themselves and their relationships wholistically. Lastly, we provide psychotherapy that utilizes an integrative approach utilizing methods and techniques that are thought provoking, emotionally guiding, interactive and experiential, culturally sensitive, strengths based, motivational, and solution focused.
