My approach is warm, accepting and with a focus on your needs, goals and values. I tend to have an empowering style in my counselling sessions with plenty of room for being your unapologetic self. I provide evidence-based therapy and work within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy framework.

I have a special interest in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those who have an alternative relationship style and structure (including non-monogamy, polyamoury, relationship anarchy, BDSM and kink).
