I am a San Francisco Bay area transplant from South Carolina with a background and interest in athletics, travel, foreign languages, and spiritual growth. I’ve worked in the corporate world for over 15 years and understand the challenges of finding meaning in work and maintaining work-life balance.  My varied life experiences offer a unique lens of focus, which I draw on in my healing work.

I received a BA in Classical Languages from Dartmouth College and an MA in Counseling  Psychology from The Wright Institute.
