I work with clients that struggle with sexual & sexuality issues. Throughout our life, we are told what to believe about sex & sexuality. These messages may stick with us & make it a struggle to love ourselves. We feel ashamed when we don't fit into these accepted molds.
I believe that no matter our age we are capable of change and growth. I know that we can learn new healthy behaviors that help us to thrive as our authentic self. I believe in building a connection between our mind & body. When we have this integration, we don’t have to shove down our emotions or hide from them.
