Hello! I am a current clinical counseling master’s student intern under supervision offering low cost therapy ($25 or less with sliding scale). I am interested in working with clients who may feel like they are on the margins of society. I have always been a little odd, myself. My empathetic nature is rooted in my diverse life experiences. It is likely that either I have gone through it or I love someone who has.
I would love to work with clients who are part of the Kink community, LGBTQIA+ individuals, who have alternative religious or spiritual belief systems, and those who maintain Consensually Alternative Relationship Styles or nonmonogamous lifestyles.
I take a sex positive, person centered, culturally aware, systemic approach to counseling. Helping individuals overcome their trauma history is what I am most passionate about. I feel I would be more effective working with adults, individually, or in conjunction with their partner(s).
