I aim to provide a grounded and warm space for you to explore the parts of you that are challenging to sit with on your own. My services are inclusive and designed for individuals and relationships from early adulthood to later life. In individual therapy, I address concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, sexual trauma, sexual orientation, gender expression, relationship orientation, religious trauma, and spiritual existentialism. In relationship therapy, I address communication challenges, sexuality concerns, conflict-resolution, navigating kink dynamics, non-monogamy, and relationship transitions. And if what troubles you is not explicitly listed here, I might still be able to work with you. The human condition is expansive.
I am open-minded, curious, and non-judgmental. No topics or experiences are "too-much" in my therapy room. I move with you at your pace and love incorporating your feedback into our sessions to curate your therapy experience. I will meet you wherever you are at each session. I embrace a "here and now" gestalt approach while incorporating evidence-based practices and tools such as the Gottman method, internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) processes, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skill-building to provide you a holistic and integrated path to mental wellness. I additionally provide harm-reduction integrative therapy (HRIT) for clients incorporating psychedelics in their personal healing journey.
