As a therapist, it is my job to help remove the stigma around sex, intimacy, and pleasure. I hope to provide you with the tools you need to be a healthy well-rounded person, couple, and/or family unit.
I am passionate about authenticity and inclusion. It is important to me that everyone feel free and safe to be themselves to the fullest. This includes being yourself when it pertains to sex, intimacy, and pleasure. In terms of populations I like to work with, I truly enjoy working with all clients regardless of their relationship structure, orientation, etc...
I like to use a collaborative approach in my work because I am firm believer that clients know themselves best. If I had to identify the three most important things when it comes to my personal style of therapy it would be collaboration, empathy, and clarity. These principles help me guide clients to their goals through humanistic, cognitive, systemic, or psychoanalytic methods.
