Even if you face challenges like chronic disease, deep-rooted mental health struggles, or a traumatic past, you can heal with the right guidance and interventions.
I offer naturopathic medicine appointments and therapy sessions with treatment plans that are tailored to you.
In naturopathic visits, I love taking the time to listen to patients, understand their health history, and offer comprehensive and compassionate care so that patients feel empowered to take control of their own health. I practice root cause medicine, meaning that rather than eliminating or merely suppressing someone’s symptoms, I work to remove the underlying cause of illness.
As a counselor, I work with motivated, insightful, Millennial and Gen Z women who want to understand themselves and their pasts. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings so that they can become more self-aware and cope with mental illness, instability, upheaval, or change.
How I can help:
- Naturopathic Mental Health: I offer natural adjunctive or alternative treatments to mental health medications. No matter what the intervention, my personal goal for working with people with mental health concerns is to get them into remission.
-
Naturopathic Women’s Health: I have expertise in integrative and holistic women’s health and can provide help with “problem periods”, hormone imbalance, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, fatigue, uterine fibroids, post-birth control support, menopause, and more.
-
Individual Counseling for Anxiety & Life Transitions: Sometimes anxiety is due to a major life transition, and other times it is more general. I offer several different approaches to help cope with excessive worry, stress, nervousness, or panic. Regardless of the cause of your anxiety, my approach is empowering and validating.
-
Individual Counseling for Depression & ADHD: ADHD in adult women often manifests differently than it does in other populations and can also increase your likelihood of having depression symptoms. Psychotherapy sessions for depression and/or ADHD are structured and focused while remaining supportive.
