The most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. Therapy provides space to reflect on the ways we think, feel, and act, empowering us to know ourselves more deeply, heal more fully, and become the person that we want to be. I believe that healing and growth must welcome and incorporate all facets of ourselves–even the parts with which we have a complicated relationship–and that self-compassion and curiosity are some of the most powerful tools of self-discovery. I welcome people to show up authentically, offering an environment that is supportive, nonjudgemental, and safe.
I have a collaborative, dynamic, body-aware approach to therapy, integrating interventions such as breath and body awareness, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques into traditional talk therapy. Healing and growth look different for every person—I am committed to learning what it looks like for you and working with you to achieve your goals.
